- From 28 days before arrival: we charge 90% of the total amount
- In case of no show, late arrival or early departure: we charge 90% of the total amount
- The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, or earlier when possible. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the rooms by 10:00 a.m.
You are welcome to have breakfast with us on the day of arrival for an additional charge. Please contact us if you are interested in booking the additional breakfast.
Late check-out: Reservable at short notice upon request and subject to availability, at a price of 60€ per room at reception. - The hotel bill can be paid on departure in cash, by debit or credit card (except Diners and AMEX). You are invited to transfer the amount to our account in advance:

- Free parking in the garage on the ground floor with ample parking spaces (maximum height 2.30 m) - we have outdoor parking spaces for taller vehicles. Charging stations for electric vehicles are available (charge: 0.55 EUR/kWh).
- You can bring your dog on holiday on request for an extra charge of 25€ per day (without food). Pets are not allowed in the following three room types: Sunlight, Dream and Sunset. Your four-legged friend can accompany you to your room, bar and terrace, and, on request, to the Lodenbar during dinner and breakfast. We advise our dear guests to bring their dog's favourite blanket with them, so that they too can feel at home. Contact us and we will show you our dog toilet.
- Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to give you a binding confirmation of the floor, location, and room number within a specific category. Every table is taken care of by our service staff and we all do our best. Of course, we will gladly note your wishes and do our best to fulfil them.

- Yes, we offer a laundry service for our guests. Please hand in your laundry by 10 a.m. so that it can be returned the same day (for an extra charge).
- Yes, our hotel is accessible and has special facilities for guests with reduced mobility. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs and we will do our best to make your stay comfortable.
