A hearty breakfast creates the ideal conditions for an invigorating day's holiday. Every day, from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m., we spoil you with an energetic breakfast. Regionality is a top priority: fresh bread comes directly from the village baker Pichler in Eggen, which you can enrich with homemade jams. In the tea corner you will find South Tyrolean teas and infusions, while muesli with all kinds of healthy seeds and grains will keep you in shape. There is also your '5-km-egg' from farmer Hubert of the Bacherhof farm in Eggen, prepared by us or directly by you. And you cannot miss the typical cappuccino made with coffee from our partner Caroma.

Our 5-course-menu of your choice offers a perfect combination of Mediterranean and South Tyrolean cuisine and is the perfect end to the day. Theme evenings, such as the Royal Gala Dinner and the South Tyrolean evening, are varied, and in summer Chef Christoph and his kitchen brigade spoil you with grilled delicacies on the panoramic terrace. Bliss is guaranteed!
